Cerebral means related to the brain. Palsy means weakness or problems using the muscles. Cerebral Palsy is caused by abnormal brain development or damage to the developing brain that affects a person’s ability to control his or her muscles.

People troubled with Cerebral Palsy typically have lower blood flow and metabolism in the brain. With HBOT, more oxygen is being pumped into the blood.
